The room included a big bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. I found a fridge inside the room. That was useful. Scooter rental was available onsite with a discount for multiple days.
The beach was not suitable for swimming.

A Calm Getaway

I appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness of my Seroja Suite. The sunset dinner was AMAZING!!! I really enjoyed the pool area. It was very clean and quite large. My family appreciated the dedicated parking space.
I found that the reception staff weren't very friendly.

The breakfast area offered a good selection. Everything tasted fresh. The hotel offered affordable dish promotions using a QR code, accessible even late at night until 6:00 am. I found this to be an efficient system.

The hotel location is perfect, near the airport, about ten minutes by car. It sits between Oriental Village and Pantai Cenang Beach. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. It is perfect for relaxed strolls.

The room was clean. The beds were quite comfortable. I found the room was spacious enough for all of our luggage and purchases.

I loved the swimming pool areawith a separate pool for kids. Bicycles were available for rent at RM10 per hour. This allowed for enjoyable rides on the dedicated cycling track.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. They greeted guests with a smile ALWAYS!!! The room service, accessible via QR code, was quick and efficient. They provided assistance even at night.

The resort felt underwhelming. the breakfast lacked variety. the gym equipment was old and not well kept. it was disappointing, especially given the price point. Though the location was perfect!

the area was green and the hotel had large rooms.
i was annoyed that upon arrival, i was told that the room cleaning did not occur until 4pm. when i asked to postpone the cleaning because my kids were sleeping, it was not available after 5pm. they told me they would provide fresh towels, but in the end, nothing was provided. (i really needed those towels).

Underwhelming Stay. Issues Need Addressing
cockroach incidentunhygienic buffet
I was disappointed with certain aspects of my stay. The breakfast buffet attracted birds that ate directly from the uncovered condiments. I ordered room service and found a cockroach on my garlic bread. It was a serious hygiene concern!

the room had a balcony. it offered a separate shower cabin. i enjoyed waking up to the sea view. there was space to walk around the beach area..
the gym was spacious. the machines were quite old and rusted. they looked not upgraded in years. i felt the location was a bit isolated.
